PORTA-KING Versa-King 2-Story Office Systems and Accessories

PORTA-KING Versa-King 2-Story Office Systems and Accessories takes advantage of unused space. Standard panel construction consists of 8'H heavy-duty, vinyl covered hardboard laminated to solid polystyrene core. 7'6" standard ceiling height. Structure includes 3" thick Versa-King panels, I-beams on 4' centers to create a floor capacity of 100 psf, single 3068 wood door for each floor, one preassembled stair and landing (OSHA compliant stair is standard). Floor system for second story consists of a layer of 3/4" T&G plywood with 1/4" under layment. 12x12" vinyl composition tile with adhesive is included for second story only. Easy to follow, detailed installation instructions included. Optional installation service is available, call for details.NOTE: C&H specializes in in-plant offices.
