PORTA-KING Pivot Lock Building Systems

Innovative design makes these prefab PORTA-KING Pivot-Lock™ Building Systems 50% faster to set-up than competitive systems. All panels are completely framed in anodized aluminum extrusions that pivot and lock together for connection without mechanical fasteners. Doors ship pre-hung with butt-hinges and key-in knob lockset ships separately. Panels have expanded polystyrene board core (UL class 1) with 1/8" vinyl-covered hardboard laminated to each side. Complete system includes electrical kit. Concealed wireways with snap-on covers pivot and lock between wall sections for receptacles and switches. Reduces wiring cost and gives easy access to wiring in future. Comes standard with acoustical grid ceiling and ribbed steel roof. Floors and windows are not included. Made in USA.
