Modular Pivot-Lock™ Outdoor Buildings. Panels are completely framed in anodized aluminum extrusions that pivot and lock together. Safety glass windows and swing door are pre-installed. Swing doors include closer with key-in-knob lockset. 3" thick panels provide R13 insulation. Single-piece exterior roof has self-contained gutter assembly. Also includes: electric kit that includes tubular wireways, snap-on cover plates, pre-mounted handy boxes, single phase 100 amp capacity load center with breakers, and lay-in 2x4' fixtures with diffusers. Wiring, conduit and lamps are not included. Set-Up Duraluminum™ Buildings. Arrives completely set up. Maintenance-free anodized aluminum components. High-density, moisture-resistant OSB board walls, ceiling and floor.
