Will support evenly distributed 2000-lb. loads. Smooth ABS (tough, rigid plastic) top and bottom surfaces surround a very strong, hexagonal honeycomb core. Top and bottom shells are ultrasonically welded around the perimeter to maintain top integrity and seal out moisture. ABS plastic will not melt under temperatures up to 210° as well.
