HERCULES Box Dumpers

Heavy-duty, all-welded steel HERCULES Box Dumpers are made to handle heavy loads from 2000 to 6000 lbs. Will dump bulk containers, cartons, gaylords, totes, troughs, tubs, poly containers, vats, and corrugated steel containers. Push-button control activates chute, lifting container to desired dump height—36", 48" or 60". Hold-down bar adjusts from 30–42" to handle 28–40" containers. Chutes have a 1/4" plate steel base with 7-ga. sides. Dumpers are fully powered up and gravity down and include an overload-protected NEMA 4 magnetic motor starter with dual voltage transformer for 120V control circuit. Box dumper bolts directly to floor to ensure stability during operation. Dumps completely in less than one minute.
