Handler legs straddle standard pallets or skids allowing unit to grab drum from any location. Hand operated hydraulic pump lifts drums up to 19". Rolls on 6" poly wheels—one rear swivel (with brake) and two front fixed. Overall width: outside: 49.5", inside: 43". Made in USA.
