Boom slips easily onto forks and is anchored to truck via a 48" safety chain with grab hook. Pivoting function works to set steel, erect, racks, or place columns. Heavy structural steel tube construction with safety latched swivel hooks. Safety pin locks boom into one of nine positions spaced 7-1/2" apart.
