• Minimum Three-Year Limited Warranty                   
  All products are warranted for a minimum of three years (1) by the manufacturer to the extent of the manufacturer's express warranties to C&H or (2) by C&H to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
