Freight Policy

Shipping and handling charges listed on CHDist.com are only estimates - some deviation will occur based upon the actual weight and package configuration. Shipping and handling charges will be prepaid and added to your invoice. Please call a Certified Product Specialist if you need assistance with an International order.

All items designated as "In Stock" ship from one of our four warehouses. "Factory Quick Ship" items ship promptly (usually within one week) directly from the manufacturer's stock. All other items are FOB the point(s) of origin indicated.

Inventory levels vary. If a product is no longer available at the time we process your order we will notify you of the backorder.

C&H reserves the right to ship packages via our preferred carriers. We will try to select the best method for your order's prompt arrival. This may mean that your order may arrive from different warehouses, by different carriers or in multiple shipments. We will notify you if we are unable to accommodate any Advanced Shipping requests.
