Constructed of strong welded sheet steel, hopper can be manually tilted on an axle, while the foot-actuated floor lock holds hopper in position for easy dumping. Can be latched in upright position for secure transport. Welded tubular push handle maneuvers unit on two 10" mold-on rubber casters in front and two 8" swivel casters in rear.
